2. Decide if you need costumes. Some couples really get into it by dressing for the part. You can get genuine surgeon's whites or some kinky variation, depending on your tastes.

3. Set the rules. Will the doctor come onto the patient or the patient onto the doctor? Is this a first-time meeting where the chemistry is unmistakable and you’re afraid to admit it, or are the two of you already engaged in a naughty affair? Or you can improvise and see what develops.

4. At first, the doctor should “examine” the half-clothed or naked patient in a nonsexual, professional manner.
