Yeehaw! A variation of the woman-on-top position, the "reverse cowgirl" hands the reins over to the female partner so you can both gallop into ecstasy. Here's how it works.

Difficulty: Easy
Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • Condoms
  1. Step 1

Find a flat, comfortable surface; a mattress is preferable but this works on a carpeted floor as well. The man should lie down on his back.

  2. Step 2

With her back turned towards her partner, the woman should straddle the man's hips with her legs bent at the knees and pressed flat against the mattress or floor.

  3. Step 3

The woman should lower herself onto her lover's organ so it penetrates her vagina from behind.

  4. Step 4

Thrust and repeat. Since the man's flat on his back, the woman's responsible for providing the motion, moving up and down and rocking back and forth to stimulate both partners.

  5. Step 5

Change speeds and alter angles (up-and-down, side-to-side). Tease your partner by slowing almost to a stop, and then picking up the pace again.

  6. Step 6

Take the reins in your hands. You can both use your hands and fingers to stimulate one another. The woman can easily reach down and caress the man's testicles (gingerly!) or her clitoris. The man can run his hands down her back, buttocks and sides, or reach up and fondle her breasts from behind.

Tips & Warnings
  • Do it with mirrors. Lovers who enjoy a view can watch the action in this position by standing a mirror at the foot or side of the bed.
  • This position allows for easy stimulation of the g-spot. Once inside the vagina, the man should "aim" the head of his penis towards the woman's navel.
  • Don't crush the man's member. Guide it in, and be careful if it slips out mid-thrust.
  • Sexually transmitted diseases are a risk no matter what the position—use a condom.
