The coital alignment technique, a slight variation on the missionary position, is designed to give women extra clitoral stimulation. Here's how it works.

Difficulty: Easy
Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • Condoms
  1. Step 1

Ask the woman to lay on her back.

  2. Step 2

Lay atop her in a “riding high” position. Face your lover, as if you were assuming the missionary position, but keep your pelvis raised above hers.

  3. Step 3

Ask her to wrap her legs around your waist. They should be bent at a slight angle and her ankles should rest on your calves.

  4. Step 4

Lower your chest onto her torso. Avoid supporting your body with your hands and arms.

  5. Step 5

Keep the shaft of your penis pressed firmly against your partner's clitoris.

  6. Step 6

The woman should push up with her pelvis. Resist, but let her gradually push your pelvis backwards. Slowly rotate your hips, clockwise and counterclockwise. Vary the motion and the speed. Maintain pressure against her clitoris.

  7. Step 7

Reverse the movement in Step 6. Push your pelvis down and apply pressure while the woman applies counter-pressure.

Tips & Warnings
  • Maintaining pressure on the clitoris is the key to this technique. Keep the shaft of your penis in contact with the mons veneris—the soft, mound of flesh covering your partner's pubic bone.
  • Apply steady, rhythmic pressure and counter-pressure. Breathe freely.
  • Use condoms to prevent pregnancy or STD transmission.

on 11/29/2008 I wish there was a diagram on here to show how to do this step-by-step! It is a little confusing just reading it!
