Couples looking to spice up their sex life without getting kinky or taking yoga may find the kneeling ball sex position exciting. Neither partner needs to be a contortionist or a scholar of the Kama Sutra to perform this position.

Instructions

Difficulty: Moderately Easy

Step1
Lay the partner to be penetrated on his or her side.
Step2
Bring the knees of the receiving partner up, as if curling them into a ball. However, do not grasp the knees tightly.
Step3
Have the penetrating partner stand on his or her knees. He or she should be positioned near the receiving partner’s rear end. Your bodies should be perpendicular to each other.
Step4
Enter the receiving partner from behind. The receiving partner should remain on his or her side.
Step5
Thrust with your hips. Most of the action will come from the penetrating partner, but the receiving partner can also move his or her hips.

Tips & Warnings

  • Experiment with the angles of penetration. In the kneeling ball sexual position, it is possible to stimulate the clitoris and g-spot at certain angles.
  • Adjust the position of the receiving partner’s legs to vary the sensations.
  • Communication is key—before you attempt new sexual positions, discuss them with your partner to make sure they are comfortable.
  • All sexual positions carry equal risk for the transmission of STDs and HIV.
