2. Insert the dildo into your vagina for solo use. You may need to use a lubricant like KY jelly. For couple use, you will need a Vac-U-Lock harness. The dildo should connect firmly with the plug on the harness.
3. Thrust repeatedly with the dildo at a speed and depth that feels most comfortable and pleasurable for you.
