Step1
When you first realize you are hyrdoplaning (your tires lose traction with ground because of oils on the road) you need to remain as calm as possible
Step2
Be sure not to move your wheel suddenly. Keep it as straight as possible.
Step3
Do not slam on the brakes. Instead pump the brakes softly.
Step4
You should regain traction soon; however, if you are shaken up for the experience, which can sometimes be scary,I would recommend pulling over to recompose oneself before continuing on the road.
