San Fernando Valley is vast; you won’t find a complete calendar at any one site. Do a quick Web search for San Fernando Valley events and check out what each site has to offer.

Check out the Grand Performances. This series of free performances is funded by the city of Los Angeles and presents the culturally diverse population of the San Fernando Valley. They are constantly putting on shows, so visit their Web site to find out what to see and when.

See the Gibson Amphitheatre. This former stunt stage for Universal Studios Hollywood has been converted into a famous Amphitheatre that launches rising stars into fame. Don’t miss the next big thing—get tickets soon!

Experience LA. The Official Cultural Calendar is online. You can check upcoming events and find more information when you visit.

Tips & Warnings

  • Public transportation is always a great alternative to having to search for a parking spot and pay the meters.
