I received a $275.00 Citation for "Indecency" while nude sunbathing at McFaddin Beach on High Island, Tx on July 4, '09. I went almost 4 miles down the beach beyond the county line at 4 miles from the turn on to the beach. There were lots of thongs and g-strings, and yes, some nude. I was in a very secluded stretch of beach, with no cars on either horizon. I just "dozed" off, and awoke to two uniformed officers standing over me. Yes, it is humiliating to be called "indecent". Too bad our culture is so conservative. Make me want to retire in Europe.
