How to Find a Nude Beach in Florida

Florida boasts miles of beaches, but most of them require visitors to wear bathing suits. If you want to find a place to sunbathe nude, follow these steps.

1. Show off the results of your South Beach diet. Nudists have made South Beach in Miami Beach a popular sunbathing center.

2. Haulover Beach Park is located between Sunny Isles Beach and Bal Harbour in Southern Florida. You can access the beach via car or bus. They have fenced off a clothing optional section at the northern end of the beach, so you can't miss it.

3. Many nudists frequent Santa Rosa Beach or Pensacola Beach at the Gulf Islands National Seashore, but both sites have been scenes of arrests.

Tips & Warnings

• Even though the clothing optional section is fenced off in Haulover Beach Park, nudity is illegal throughout Florida. Exercise caution.
