GymnoVita in the Birmingham area is a lovely retreat from civilization. They welcome families and couples only. It is truly a clothing optional park and doesn't welcome singles. If one-half of a couple is not sure that nudism/naturism is for him/her, this would be a great place to de-stress for the day. I have been there. There are no legal nude or clothing optional beaches in Alabama.
