Play the drinking game Queens if you want to get a good buzz going quick without going through complicated card games or intricate games of skill. All you need to play the Queens drinking game is a deck of cards and the ability to draw from a deck and read the card.

Things You'll Need:

  • Drinks
  • Deck of cards

    Play the Drinking Game Queens

  1. Step 1

    Pick someone to go first. Decide by tossing a coin, cutting the deck or playing rocks, scissors, paper.

  2. Step 2

    Shuffle the deck.

  3. Step 3

    Spread the deck out face down.

  4. Step 4

    Choose a card.

  5. Step 5

    Pick any player to drink if you draw an ace.

  6. Step 6

    Make everyone drink if you draw a king or an 8.

  7. Step 7

    Have the ladies take a drink if you draw a queen.

  8. Step 8

    Make the men drink if you draw a jack.

  9. Step 9

    Tell the 2nd person to the right to drink if you draw a 10.

  10. Step 10

    Tell the 2nd person on the left to drink if you draw a 9.

  11. Step 11

    Make the person on your right drink if you draw a 7.

  12. Step 12

    Draw a 6 to make the person on the left drink.

  13. Step 13

    Change the direction of the turns if you draw a 5.

  14. Step 14

    Take a drink if you draw a 4, 3 or 2. Drink as many drinks as the value of the card. For example, if you draw a three take three drinks.

  15. Step 15

    Continue taking turns drawing cards. Rotate to the left unless the direction changes after drawing a 5.

  • You can vary the rules as you please to make them easier to remember.
  • This game is best with many people.
  • This game can be fast-paced. Take a time out now and then to make sure you can handle more drinks.
  • Don’t forget to appoint a designated driver. Consider making the first person out a designated driver and don’t leave until they sober up.
