Step 1
Read the manufacturer’s instructions before use.
-
Step 2
Insert batteries if needed.
-
Step 3
Fit the device over the penis.

Step 4
Pump the device as explained in the instructions. Manual pumps often recommend a gentle pump followed by a pause before repeating.

on 6/2/2009 Always pump for longer times without too much pressure. The blisters will occur more frequent if you let the head get too moist for too long. When the tissue is wet for a log period of time and too much pressure is applied you will receive blisters.I am not a doctor but I can tell you from experience for best results on gaining a harder erection. This is something that you have to take your time with especially in the beginning. Notice how your **** reacts to the pump. Remember that even a little bit of pressure is pressure. It will already be drawing blood in so don't hurry it. You will always be better off going slow and taking your time.Try to begin the pumping session with an erection then use the pump. If an erection cannot be achieved before the pumping session, then after the first 10 minutes of pumping remove the **** from the cylinder and stimulate the **** into an erection....

on 11/25/2008 I need some honest and frank advice about the use of these devices. I have no interest in vacuum therapy for its supposed "enlargement" qualities. Rather, I have been rendered impotent by diabetes and vacuum therapy is supposed to be a successful treatment for men with this problem. Mine arrived in the mail yesterday and I have questions. Should I see an erection the first time I try this thing? How long does it take? How slow should one go with the pumping? How much time should I give it before deciding that this, too, is a failure? I played around with it last night and found it to be rather painful and saw no real results. This said, I haven't had a proper erection for nearly two years. Is it a matter of being patient and allowing the pump to work gradually over time, or if it doesn't work first time out, consign myself to being a sexual cripple for the rest of my life? I'm

on 11/8/2008 Overzealous use of the pump last night resulted in surface dermal injury to my husband's ****. Though I'm certainly not a doctor [(and neither is he, unless it's role-playing night :-)]we are savvy enough to cross-reference the complications that arise from improper use of the pump. All indicators point to "water blister" injury. Where did we go wrong last night? This has never happened before. Obviously, we are desperate to know, what home remedies (if any) might alleviate the symptoms, expedite healing and, more importantly, how we can avoid subjecting Mr. Happy to such agony and fear.
I've never been a big fan of exploiting my spouse's humanity by orating smug remarks like, "I told you so ..." .
Just to set the record straight, I love watching Mr. Happy transform into the biggest living **** I've ever laid eyes on. But, I did mention to my girth-questing hubby that Mr. Ha
