Performing the leg wrap sexual position is like turning up the volume on the normal missionary position. It is deeper, harder and more intense—especially for the woman. Use it to mix up your routine.

Difficulty: Moderately Easy
Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • Condoms
  1. Step 1

Begin with the woman lying down on her back with her legs spread.

  2. Step 2

The man should get on top of the woman and penetrate her in the traditional missionary position.

  3. Step 3

Transition into the leg wrap position. The woman should raise her legs up on either side of the man’s hips, and hook them around his back.

  4. Step 4

As they move, the woman should then pull the man’s hips down into her as he thrusts. This provides a more intense, bucking sensation.

Tips & Warnings
  • As this position gets more intense, the woman’s hips may lift up off the bed. This is a good opportunity for the man to put his hands on her butt and lift her into him.
  • Use condoms to reduce the risk of pregnancy and sexually transmitted infections (STIs).
