Tips & Warnings
Consider keeping one sample of each beer you buy out and placed on the shelf so people know what kind of beer you have.
Have some of the most popular blended drinks prepared and kept in the freezer or refrigerator.
Always have some lemons, oranges and lime wedges cut up and available on the bar for people who like to add these to their beer or mixed drink.
Pour the drinks yourself so you don't run out of alcohol.
If you are displaying the alcohol on shelves, be sure the shelves are properly attached to the wall and are able to hold the weight of the bottles.
