Nude Beaches are increasing in popularity as our society lowers its inhibitions, and we are finding freedom in letting go of some previously accepted norms. Use this information to help you find a nude beach in Spain.

1. Finding a nude beach in Spain is pretty much like breathing. Most beaches are clothing optional, but some do have some unwritten rules about wearing bathing suits.

2. Aside from the official beach discussed in Step 3, there are hundreds of spots all along the coast of Spain that are unofficial nude beaches. Just look for a sheltered cove or any strip of undeveloped sand for nude sunbathing and swimming in Spain.

3. The first beach that was officially named a nude beach is Costa Natura. This area is located on the Costa del Sol in the south of Spain in Estepona. The beach went naked in 1979. If you plan to visit Costa Natura, the closest airport to the area is in Gibralter. You will need to fly in from London due to political tensions between Spain and Gibralter. Rent a car and drive to Malaga. It will take you a few hours to drive down the coast from Malaga to Costa Natura.
