How to shower

In order to keep up your personal hygiene, you should shower once at least ever 48 hours. After physical activity you should shower more frequently. The recommended frequency is once per day.

Instructions

Difficulty: Easy

Things You’ll Need:

  • Shampoo
  • Conditioner
  • Shower gel
  • Razor
  • Washcloth or shower poof or loofa
  • Toothpaste and toothbrush (optional)
  • Facewash (optional)

Step1
Turn on the water and set it to a comfortable temperature. Step in the shower.
Step2
Rinse your whole body and thoroughly wet your hair.
Step3
Depending on how much hair you have, apply a teaspoon to 2 tablespoons of shampoo to your hair and work it into your scalp for 1 minute. The shampoo should completely later up.
Step4
Rinse out the shampoo and apply the same amount of conditioner. Work it into your hair and leave it there for 2 minutes, while you brush your teeth and/or wash your face.
Step5
Rinse out the conditioner. Apply 1 tablespoon of shower/bath gel to your loofa/washcloth/poof. Work it up to a lather all over your body. This should take 1-3 minutes.
Step6
Use your razor to shave any unwanted hairs. Possible areas include the face (for men only), arms, legs, underarms, and pubic area.
Step7
Rinse off whole body completely. Towel dry your body. And towel dry or blow dry your hair.
