The arch sexual position is a variation of the missionary style position and often starts that way. This position provides considerable penetration and allows for manual stimulation.

Instructions

    Perform the Arch Sex Position—Woman

  1. Step 1

    Remove panties to expose your vagina.

  2. Step 2

    Lay on your back with feet planted on the surface as in a sit up position.

  3. Step 3

    Raise your pelvis toward the ceiling by flexing your buttocks and using your shoulder and back muscles to provide stability.

  4. Step 4

    Grip your partner’s upper thighs to provide stability or, if you are able to maintain balance, use your fingers to provide stimulation to your breasts and/or clitoris.

  5. Perform the Arch Sex Position—Man

  6. Step 1

    Remove underwear and expose your erect penis.

  7. Step 2

    Approach your partner on your knees and as you get close, help raise or lower her pelvis to align your penis and her vagina.

  8. Step 3

    Insert your penis into her vagina.

  9. Step 4

    Provide the thrusting while your partner provides stability.

  10. Step 5

    Grip her hips to provide counter pressure as needed.

  11. Step 6

    Stimulate her clitoris and breasts with your fingers and hands.
