The head to toe sexual position finds the woman in complete control of angle and movement. This position is best performed on a bed or couch. Penis flexibility is needed to some extent.

Instructions

    Perform the Head to Toe Sex Position—Woman

  1. Step 1

    Remove panties and any clothing that may cover your vagina.

  2. Step 2

    Position your body above your partner’s, facing him as he props himself up on his arms.

  3. Step 3

    Squat to lower yourself onto your partner, his penis penetrating your vagina or anus.

  4. Step 4

    Lay back, stretching to rest your back on your partner’s legs and your feet near his head.

  5. Step 5

    Move your legs and gyrate your hips to control movement.

  6. Step 6

    Stimulate your breasts, clitoris or your partner’s penis or scrotum as you thrust and gyrate.

  7. Perform the Head to Toe Sex Position—Man

  8. Step 1

    Remove pants and underwear.

  9. Step 2

    Sit with your legs straight out in front of you, propping yourself up on your arms.

  10. Step 3

    Align your penis with your partner’s vaginal or anal opening and insert gently as she lowers herself onto you.

  11. Step 4

    Lean back to laying position as your partner does the same.

  12. Step 5

    Stimulate your partner’s clitoris as she thrusts.

Tips & Warnings
  • This position works for same-sex couples too.
  • The head to toe is a position great for anal sex as well as vaginal.
