2. Straddle his body low so that your head is over his pelvis.
3. Take the penis into your mouth.
4. Suck, stroke, lick and tease. Try various motions and techniques to find out what pleases your partner best.

Perform Oral Sex on a Woman

5. Have the woman undress and lie back on a bed or couch with her legs spread.
6. Get between her legs with your face at her groin.
7. Orally stimulate the woman’s vagina and clitoris with your tongue, lips, mouth and, if you're gentle, your teeth.
8. Lick, suck, stroke and tease the vagina, labia and clitoris. Try various motions and techniques to find out what pleases your partner best.

Tips & Warnings

• If you are not in a monogamous and disease-free relationship, use a condom on a man who is receiving oral sex, and use an oral-sex rubber dam on a woman receiving oral sex.
• Always use a condom for protection against sexually transmitted diseases.
