The "squat" sexual position is done with the woman on top and is a variation of the cowgirl position. This squat position requires significant leg strength on the part of the woman, and is also a good position for women who are pregnant.

Difficulty: Moderately Easy
Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • Condom
  1. Step 1

Position yourselves so the man is lying on his back on a bed (or other comfortable surface) with his legs extended, while the woman stands over him with her feet on either side of his body.

  2. Step 2

The woman squats down and lowers her vagina onto the man’s penis.

  3. Step 3

She may wish to put her hands on her thighs or on the bed in front of her for better balance.

  4. Step 4

The woman maintains all the control by lifting herself up and down, allowing her vagina to slide along and bounce on the man’s penis.

Tips & Warnings
  • If the woman doesn’t have a lot of leg strength, she may want to hold on to a bed rail or something else for support, using her legs and hips to bounce and thrust while supporting and steadying herself.
  • Always use a condom for protection against unwanted pregnancy and sexually transmitted diseases.

on 7/27/2009 i tried this and i LOVED it but first it's better to have your man sitting upright in a chair and you just stradle him but make sure that your vagina is facing him.
