  1. Step 1

    Position yourselves so the woman is lying on her back on a bed or other comfortable surface, with the man kneeling between her legs.

  2. Step 2

    The man enters her vagina with his penis. The vagina should be moist enough for easy penetration.

  3. Step 3

    The woman raises her legs into the air. She can either hold them there herself, or sling her legs over the man’s shoulders for additional support.
