How to Perform the Wheelbarrow Sexual Position

This is not quite the same as the wheelbarrow races you had in school ... but having sex while in this position can be lots of fun. The wheelbarrow sexual position is quite rigorous for the receiver (who plays the part of the wheelbarrow) and can also be quite tiring for the giver (the wheelbarrow pusher).

• Condom

1. Position yourselves so the woman is on all fours with the man standing behind her. You should both be facing the same direction.

2. Have the man pick her up by the waist so that her legs extend up and behind him. He then can penetrate her from behind. (She can wrap her legs around his back to help hold on.)

3. The woman supports herself with her arms while the man thrusts into her.

Tips & Warnings

• For an even more gymnastic variation on this position, have the woman start out in an arched backbend position. This will only work if the woman is extremely flexible and in good shape.
• Whether the woman is facing up or down, the wheelbarrow position is quite strenuous for both parties.
• Always use a condom for protection against unwanted pregnancy and sexually transmitted diseases.
