The standing 69 sexual position is athletic and very difficult to achieve. To even get into this position, the supporting partner must be able to squat the same weight as both people combined. But if you're up for testing your physical and sexual boundaries, here's how to perform the standing 69 position.

Difficulty: Challenging
Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • Condom
  1. Step 1

Position yourselves in a standard head-to-pelvis 69 position, with the man (the partner who will be standing and holding the other partner) lying down, and the woman lying on top of him.

  2. Step 2

Have the man stand while carefully holding up the woman, who is now upside-down.

  3. Step 3

Perform oral sex on each other while you can maintain this strenuous position.

Tips & Warnings
  • If you are the supporting partner, be very careful of your partner’s head and neck.
  • This is a strenuous position that requires a lot of leg and back strength.
  • Always use a condom for protection against unwanted pregnancy and sexually transmitted diseases.
