The spread-eagle sexual position is a form of rear entry with the man on top. It allows for easy access and deep penetration, and can also be used in bondage play if both partners are in the mood. Here's how to perform the spread-eagle sexual position.

Difficulty: Moderate
Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • Water-based lubricant
  • Condom
  1. Step 1

Position yourselves so that the woman is lying on her stomach with her arms and legs spread. She should be in a comfortable position, and may be tied if both partners agree.

  2. Step 2

Place the tip of the man’s erect penis at the opening to the woman’s vagina and insert slowly. The opening should be wet enough to allow for easy penetration.

  3. Step 3

Push in slowly at first to ensure that everything is comfortable and painless for both of you. The woman can raise her hips for deeper penetration.

  4. Step 4

Move in and out at a pace that is comfortable for you both.

Tips & Warnings
  • Stop if either of you feels any pain. The position might be too deep or the groin area might be too dry.
  • If the woman is not lubricated enough for easy entry, use a water-based lubricant such as KY Jelly or Astroglide.
  • While orgasm is the ideal conclusion, it will not necessarily happen every time, especially for the woman.
  • Always use a condom for protection against unwanted pregnancy and sexually transmitted diseases.
