  • Condom
  1. Step 1

Undress and lay in bed or on a comfortable surface. Face one another with genitals aligned.

Tips & Warnings
  • This is a great position for pregnant women, as it doesn't put a lot of stress on her body and allows for easy insertion. It's also good for couples seeking to avoid strenuous activity during sex.
  • Couples that want to embrace or kiss during their lovemaking will find plenty of opportunity in this position.
  • Both partners will have their hands free, able to provide additional stimulation.
  • Use a condom or other form of birth control. Condoms also reduce the risk of spreading sexually transmitted diseases.
