    Undress and lay in bed or on a comfortable surface. Face one another with genitals aligned.

  2. Step 2

    The woman should put her free leg around the man’s waist.

  3. Step 3

    Insert the penis into the vagina.

  4. Step 4

    Move rhythmically until climax is achieved.
