Check the Getty Center’s Web site to view the concert schedule (see the Resources section below). Because of the Getty's location in Los Angeles, weather is not usually a concern when planning a visit.

Review the schedule and select a concert to watch. Purchase tickets or, if the concert is free, reserve your space in advance.

Determine your travel plans. If you fly into town, Los Angeles International Airport (LAX) connects with most major airlines. Rent a car at the airport.

Choose a place to stay in Los Angeles. Most major hotel chains have locations in the area.

Arrive early before the concert to enjoy this world-class museum. You will pay a parking fee, but admission to the museum is free.
