How to Get Into and Live Through Overtime Mode in Dead Rising, Part 3

Congratulations! You’re out of the mall! But now you’ve got a different set of problems. The items you’ve got on you are all you’ll get, a huge throng of zombies stands between you and freedom and you have nowhere to run. Isn’t it great to be Frank?

Instructions

Difficulty: Challenging

1. Check your moves and see if you’ve got the Double Lariat. If you do, great! You may need it. If not, get used to the idea of crowd surfing or doing lots of jump kicks.
2. Grab Isabella’s hand and run through the crowd. The pheromone won't expire, so no worries. Just make sure you keep her hand in yours!
3. Make your way to the large gate and look to your left. You should see a smaller gate you can open. Do so, and Isabella will pass through and open the gate for you. It takes her a little while to get there, so you’ll have to defend yourself until she’s got the gate open. This is where the weapons you brought come in handy. If you forgot them, use the Double Lariat to keep the zombies at bay.
4. Hold hands again when Isabella comes through and then continue.
5. Look for the small door set into the right side of the second gate. Just walk through it.
6. Run through the next section and pull the lever to open the gate.
7. Watch the video, save and then jump down and put Isabella up on your back. This will ensure safe passage for you both.
8. Run straight to the gate, then left. Look for the stairs on your right.
9. Head up the stairs and pull the lever. Wait a few seconds for the zombies to start filing out of the gate. There are two Special Forces beyond, and you want them to be busy shooting zombies instead of you.
10. Pick up Isabella again and run outside. If you take the exit closest to the foot of the stairs, take a left and look for the Jeep.
11. Push your way through to the Jeep, set Isabella down and get in. Get ready for part 4 and two of the most difficult fights in the game.
