Instructions

    • 1

Print out Academy Award ballots from Wild About Movies (see Resources).

    • 2

Add a page of bonus questions to throw any cheaters for a loop. (You know, the people who check out the Vegas odds to help them with their ballots.)

    • 3

      Bonus questions could be:

•Who won "best picture" last year?

•How many times will the camera pan to Jack Nicholson?

•How many people will be wearing Versace?

•Will Sean Penn or Robert De Niro show up?

•Will host Ellen DeGeneres include a joke about Donald Trump?

Tips & Warnings

  • Serve up "Oscartinis" at the party. See the Related Articles for How to Make an Oscartini.

  • Decide what the ante is to participate in the ballot competition. Have a small ceremony when you hand over the kitty to the winner, and expect an acceptance speech!

  • Order a few faux Oscars (for second and third place) from 1st for Party Supplies (see Resources).
