3. Traditionally, the color white represents innocence. White roses are great for a dad to give a daughter on V-day.
4. Lavender=love at first sight. Just make sure you attach a card to that effect, since your object of desire may not be aware of the significance.
5. Coral or orange roses are becoming increasingly popular and signify mad, passionate desire. They're also striking, different and sure to get you noticed.
