This Lake Superior park spans 70,000 acres and runs along Lake Superior for 42 miles. So, you will have plenty of room for camping. There are five campgrounds to choose from.

Each campground has a tent pad, fire grate and picnic table for each campsite. Solar-powered wells and vault toilets are also available at each campground.

No reservations are accepted at any of the campgrounds. A mid-morning arrival is suggested since many of the campgrounds fill quickly.

Campsites are $12 per night.

Campgrounds open mid-May and close at the end of October.

You will not find hookups, electricity, telephones or cell phone reception.

You may camp a total of 14 days per year in the camp.

There is a maximum of eight people per site.
