How to make perfect cupcakes

Things You'll Need

• 1 1/2 c. flour
• 1 c. sugar
• 1 tsp. soda
• 1/4 c. cocoa
• 1/2 tsp. salt
• 1 c. water
• 5 tbsp. salad oil
• 1 tbsp. vinegar
• 1 tsp. vanilla
• Chocolate chip filling
• Nuts
• Foil cupcake cups

Instructions

1. 

   Stir together flour, cocoa, sugar and salt.

2. Beat together water, oil, vinegar and vanilla in another container and add to dry ingredients.

3. Fill the cupcakes cups about 1/2 full.

4. 

   Top with 1 tablespoon of chocolate chip filling and sprinkle with nuts. Bake in 350 degree oven for 25 minutes.
