Things You'll Need:
- 1 1/2 c. flour
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 tsp. soda
- 1/4 c. cocoa
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 c. water
- 5 tbsp. salad oil
- 1 tbsp. vinegar
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- Chocolate chip filling
- Nuts
- Foil cupcake cups

Step 1
Stir together flour, cocoa, sugar and salt.

Step 2
Beat together water, oil, vinegar and vanilla in another container and add to dry ingredients.

Fill the cupcakes cups about 1/2 full.

Step 4
Top with 1 tablespoon of chocolate chip filling and sprinkle with nuts. Bake in 350 degree oven for 25 minutes.
