    Book Travel

  1. Step 1

Call the airline at 011 (+34) 902 170 396 for information and to book your travel.

  2. Step 2

Get a Quick Quote online. Visit the Executive Air Web site (see Resources below) and enter your travel information into their search window. After you receive the quote, call the airline to book.

  3. Learn About the Available Flight Options

  4. Step 1

Consider flying on the Falcon 900 EX EC-HOB. If you are flying out of Barcelona and have a passenger list of less than 12 people, this plane will work for you. It can fly as fast as .87 Mach, has three motors, a digital cockpit and it is manufactured by DASSAULT. This aircraft is great for long trips.

  5. Step 2

Learn about what aircrafts are available for long trips: the Falcon 900, Gulfstream 200 and Gulfstream 550.

  6. Step 3

Know which aircraft are available for long- to medium-range business trips. These include the Learjet 45, Falcon 200, Gulfstream 100 and Citation XLS.

  7. Step 4

Select a medium-range plane. The airline offers a Citation Bravo, Falcon 100 or CJ1.

  8. Step 5

Consider flying on the Learjet 45 EC-ILK. It can seat up to eight passengers and can reach the speed of .81 Mach. Based in Barcelona, the plane requires two pilots and one air hostess/host. It is used for trips such as Barcelona to Moscow or Madrid to Tel Aviv.

  9. Learn About Executive Airlines

  10. Step 1

Executive Airlines has an ICAO code of “EXU” and a callsign of “SACIR.”

Tips & Warnings
  • You will need a credit card when you call to book your flight to hold your reservation. After you place your reservation, you will also need to complete paperwork for your trip.
  • All phone numbers include the United States international prefix "011." When calling internationally from outside the United States, check which prefix to use. All country codes are within parentheses and begin with a "+" sign.
  • This airline does not have an online booking feature. You can request quotes for flights over the Internet, but you must call the airline to book.
