How to Book Travel on European Air Express

European Air Express is a German airline based in the city of Monchengladbach. It flies to a number of locations throughout the country and is an excellent travel choice if you need to book tickets for a quick trip from Germany to nearby international locations such as Zurich.

    Book Your Tickets

  1. Step 1

    Call the company at 011 (+49) 01805 878 323.

  2. Step 2

    Visit the airline's Web site to book flights (see Resources below). Look for the blue rectangle labeled "Quick Search" on the right side of the page. Use the pull-down menus to select the departure airport and the arrival airport.

  3. Step 3

    Use the pull-down menus to choose a class preference and the number of adults, children and infants who will be traveling. When information has been entered, click on "Search for Flights" to continue the booking process.

  4. Step 4

    Select the desired combination of flights, and then click "Select" in the bottom right corner of the screen. To change the search criteria, click on the "Start Over" link in the bottom left corner of the page.

  5. Step 5

    Review the information, including rates. Click on "Book This Fare" in the bottom right corner of the screen.

  6. Step 6

    Consider becoming a registered user of the site. Travelers can continue without registering by providing a first and last name, an email address and a contact number where the individual can be reached by phone.

  7. Step 7

    Provide the requested payment information. At this time, primary travelers may indicate seat assignments and meal preferences at the bottom of the page.

  8. Step 8

    Review the final page of information. Check dates, times, payment and personal information closely. Confirm your tickets. Keep records of the transaction.

    Choose the desired type of trip (return or one-way). Use the pull-down menus to select the departure date and time.

Tips & Warnings
  • All phone numbers include the United States international prefix "011." When calling internationally from outside the United States, check which prefix to use. All country codes are within parentheses and begin with a "+" sign.
