Book Your Flight on One-Two-GO Airlines

Book your flight reservation using the simple system found on the One-Two-GO Web site (see Resources below). You must book 24 hours in advance of your flight and they only accept MasterCard and Visa.

Reserve and pay for your flight over the phone with a the One-Two-GO ticket agent. Call them at 011 (+66) 1141 1126. If you don't have a credit card, you can pay for your ticket at a bank counter or pay-point location by providing a code given to you by a ticket sales representative.

Purchase your tickets from any of the airport ticket counters in locations where One-Two-GO flies. Call ahead to verify the hours that a ticket agent will be available to help you book your ticket.

Know what type of aircraft you're booking. One-Two-GO Airlines' fleet boasts a 757-200, 2 747-SR's, 4 747-LR's and 4 MD-82s.

Familiarize yourself with Bangkok International Airport as all of One-Two-GO's domestic flights fly through there. Only 2 of the 4 international flights fly through Phuket.

Know your luggage limits. The airline allows economy passengers to check luggage weighing up to 44 lbs. Business passengers can check up to 66 pounds.

Change your ticket in plenty of time. The airline has a policy stating that any changes to your ticket must be made 24 hours before your flight's departure.

Arrive early at the airport to check in. One-Two-GO Airlines opens their check-in counters 2 hours before departure but closes them 40 minutes before take off.

Tips & Warnings
All phone numbers include the U.S. international prefix "011." When calling internationally outside the United States, substitute that "011" with "00."
All country codes are within parentheses and begin with a "+" sign.
Book as a travel group if you are with more than 9 people. One-Two-GO Airlines does not allow you to book this form of travel online. You'll need to contact the airline directly at their local number if you are a native speaker.
Be aware of the surcharge that is added to flights during peak seasons and holidays. One-Two-GO Airlines charges an additional fee (roughly $15).
