Call Air Astana directly to speak to a booking agent by dialing 011 (+7) 3272 506 850 if you prefer to reserve tickets by phone.

Or, book tickets on the homepage of the Air Astana Web site (see Resources below) by clicking "Booking and Schedule." Choose "Online Booking" from the ensuing sub-menu.

Select your departure date and your return date. Then click the "Search" button to find flights that match your criteria.

From the search results, choose the flight that best suits your travel needs.

Enter the digits displayed in the image at the bottom of the page into the box below it. This ensures that automated programs cannot book tickets through the site.

To determine costs before booking your flight, click "Calculate Ticket Price" at the bottom of the second page.

Enter your name, phone number, and email address into the appropriate boxes and click the arrow button.

Choose "Round Trip" or "One Way" as well as your preferred class of travel. Enter the number of passengers, both adults and children.

Check the schedule of movies, specials, documentaries, and music that will be playing in-flight by clicking "Air Astana Services" and "In-Flight Entertainment."

Know that the airline must be made aware of any special dietary needs at least 24 hours before the flight so that meals can be prepared to accommodate those needs. Kosher meals must be requested at least 48 hours in advance.

Read the "Travel Checklist" under the "Air Astana Services" menu for important tips on baggage, passports and visas, vaccinations, check-in and hotel accommodations.
