Step1
Contact the carrier by phone for booking information. The number is 011 (+27) 11 978 5313. All country codes are within parentheses and begin with a "+" sign. All phone numbers include the United States international prefix "011." When calling internationally from outside the United States, substitute "011" with "00."
Step2
Visit Airlink's Web site, where you can select your dates of travel and destination (see "Resources").
Step3
Select the most desirable travel times. Click on the "Price Flights" button to get ticket prices.
Step4
Open another browser window and go to an online currency converter to convert your currency into African Rands and to see how much your ticket costs in U.S. dollars.
Step5
Return to the Airlink Web site and choose one of the available payment options. You can either "Pay Now by Credit Card" or "Pay Within 72 Hours."
Step6
Provide the necessary personal information, including full name, date of birth and contact information, and book the flight.
Step7
Print the Airlink flight confirmation once the booking is complete.

Prepare for Your Trip to Zambia

Step1
Keep travel documents, such as your passport, visa and immigration permit, with you at all times.
Step2
Double-check your flight schedule. At Airlink, flight times are subject to change. Schedules are not guaranteed.
Step3
Be sure to arrive at the airport at least 1 hour before departure for travel within Africa, and 1.5 hours for international flights.
Step4
Pack your souvenirs carefully. Many items do not have to be claimed, but teeth, bones, horns, shells, claws, skin, hair, feathers or other such items are subject to exporting permits.
