Step 1
Call African Safari Club's reservation hotline at 011 (+44) 845 345 0014 to book your travel arrangements. All phone numbers include the United States international prefix "011." When calling internationally from outside the United States, substitute "011" with "00." The reservation hotline is based out of Kent, United Kingdom. Representatives staffing this line can book your flight for you, as well as make arrangements for you to stay in any of the hotels and camps in Kenya that are owned by African Safari Club.
-
Step 2
Pay a visit to African Safari Club's Web site (see "Resources"). While the Web site is not set up to accept online reservations, you can check out information about the plane on which you will be flying, look up flight schedules and peruse other services offered by African Safari Club.
-
Step 3
Book a window seat ahead of time. While it might be possible to request a window seat when you check in at the airport, there will be a charge for doing so at the last minute.
-
Step 1
Get to the airport as soon as you can. When you receive your printed travel itinerary from African Safari Club, it will list the latest time you can check in and still be allowed on the flight. Make sure you arrive at the airport well in advance of this time, and be sure to take into consideration in your plans slow traffic and long lines at the airport.
-
Step 2
Present yourself at the boarding gate at least 30 minutes prior to the plane's scheduled departure time. If you want to buy any magazines or coffee from the airport shops, do it right away and leave yourself enough time to get to the gate. You do not want to find yourself denied boarding privileges.
-
Step 3
Enjoy the amenities on board African Safari Airways. Flights offer complimentary drinks, a full menu of meal choices and extra-wide seats for maximum passenger comfort.
