Owned in part by EgyptAir, Air Cairo operates charter flights from destinations in Europe, Africa and Asia with service to Egypt. Founded in 2004, this ambitious charter service recently received delivery of the Airbus A320, a plane which seats up to 174 passengers. With this growing fleet, Air Cairo offers charter service to tour operators in and outside of Egypt.

1. Contact Air Cairo directly to make a booking. The Commercial Director may be reached at 011 ([phone], extension 95. The Operations Director may be contacted at 011 ([phone], extension 94.
2. Take a flight on Air Cairo if you book an inclusive tour package through a participating travel agent. You may also find yourself on an Air Cairo flight if you belong to or are employed by a private organization that has chartered the airline for service to Cairo International Airport, the airlines' hub.
3. Use this service if you are a private organization in need of air travel for a large group or if you are a professional tour organizer wishing to book a plane as part of an inclusive tour package.

4. Arrive at the check-in counter designated by your tour group at least 90 minutes in advance. Depending on your departure city, you may find yourself checking in at an EgyptAir or an Air Cairo desk.
5. The layout of the plane is an economy-style floor plan throughout. Passengers desiring or requiring more leg room should request to be seated in the exit rows on this flight.
6. Take a seat onboard one of Air Cairo's two Airbus planes; the most recent addition is an A320 which was delivered in November 2006.
7. Previous passengers on Air Cairo have rated their in-flight meal service as moderately good. Consider purchasing a snack in the airport terminal if you are a picky eater.
