2. Experience Gold Kangaroo service. This first-class fare includes a twin or single cabin, lunch and coffee and tea service. Adult fare for Gold Kangaroo is about $170 one way.

3. Heed the payment system for the Overland. Travelers who reserve tickets in excess of $100 must pay in full 60 days before departure. Fares under $100 can be paid for at the time of booking.
