2. Purchase tickets for Slovenia Railways at the train station or from licensed agents throughout Slovenia. You will find agent information on the railway's Web site.
3. Purchase your ticket before you board the train for your trip, or you will be charged an additional fee by the conductor for your ticket.
4. Pay a small additional fee when you book travel on the country's InterCity express trains.
5. Check out the Slovenske Zeleznice Web site for frequent discount offers on train travel in Slovenia. This site is available in English and provides information on packaged train trips as well as accommodations for people with disabilities.
