3. Try the Ambassador in Hargeisa, Somalia. This 4-star hotel also has a good reputation.
4. Find non-public lodging. If the purpose of your trip is to visit someone in Mogadishu, try and stay with them. It will most likely be more comfortable, safer and cheaper than staying in a luxury hotel.
