Step 1
The first step is to locate a Free RX Card online. A quick search on google for "Free RX Card" will provide you with some options. For this article we used the United States RX Card because we found some good feedback for it online not to mention the significant savings featured on the website. The website is located at http://www.UnitedStatesRXcard.com/TB01
NOTE: If you leave out the TB01 the site will prompt you for an access code which is "tb01". -
Step 2
Create your own card online. Make sure you enter in your real name because this is what will go on the card that you present to your local pharmacist.
This is a pretty simple process: just enter in your name and zip (email is optional). -
Step 3
Making the card: Print out the card using your printer, cut along the dotted lines, fold in the middle along the line and scotch tape the ends to secure it in the shape of a card.
-
Step 4
Present the card to the pharmacist the next time you get your prescription filled. Check the website that you printed the card from to see if the pharmacy you use is on their list. most of the pharmacies (Walgreens, CVS, Eckered, Rite-Aid) accept the card.
