How to Get Track Information for Music on a Rio Karma MP3 Player

Sometimes you just cannot remember who sings a specific song or what album it's on. When you have a Rio Karma MP3 player, you can look up all that information. Here is how to find out about the tracks on your player.

Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • Rio Karma MP3 Player
  1. Step 1

    Turn on the player.

  2. Step 2

    Play a song that you'd like to know more about.

  3. Step 3

    Press the "Menu" button. The "Menu" button is the small oval button next to the large round button on the front of your player.

  4. Step 4

    Use the navigational buttons to scroll through the main menu. Select "About Track." This will give you a list of information about the current song. You'll get the title, artist, album, genre, year, track number, duration, comment, codec, bitrate, PCM format, file fize, date loaded, times played, last played and autosynced information.

  5. Step 5

    Use the rotary wheel on the side of the player to scroll through the information. When you are done, press the "Menu" button again.

Tips & Warnings
  • The information on the About Track section corresponds with the information from your computer. If your computer contains no information about the track, your player will not have any information either.
