How to View a Picture on Zune

Sharing photos with friends and family is fun and easy with Zune. The big, colorful screen makes them all look good. Pictures can by added to your Zune with the media player on your computer. More pictures can be added and you can re-sync them at anytime. Follow these easy steps to view a picture on Zune.

Instructions
  1. Step 1

    Position your picture. To view photos on your Zune, you need to start with it in a horizontal position. You want to use the control panel with your right hand; the screen will be on the left hand side.

  2. Step 2

    Select Pictures. From the Zune home screen, you need to select Pictures and then press OK. The home screen is the first screen when you first turn on your Zune.

  3. Step 3

    Press left or right on the Control pad to display the pictures the way that you want to view them. Your selections are to view by date or by folder.

  4. Step 4

    Select the set of photos that you want to view and press OK. Once you have selected the collections of photos, select the single picture that you wish to view and press OK.

Tips & Warnings
  • Make sure to name your folders with what is in the content; the folders are copied from your computer onto your Zune in the same folder that they were found (for example, My Pictures).
  • You can listen to music and view photos at the same time. Just play a song and return to the home screen. Now follow the directions to view photos.
  • With any handheld electronics, viewing photos will use up your battery life faster then if you had a blank screen.
