How to Manage Tracks and Playlists on the Philips GoGear MP3 Jukebox Using Windows Media Player

Once the library is created and downloaded on Windows Media Player, managing the tracks and playlists on your GoGear is as easy as adding new tracks and deleting ones that you do not want on your playlist anymore. Follow these simple steps to manage tracks and playlists on your Philips GoGear MP3 jukebox using Windows Media Player.

Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • USB cable
  • Computer
  • Philips GoGear Jukebox
  1. Step 1

    Open up WMP on your computer. To add a track to a playlist on your computer using WMP, click to highlight an item.

  2. Step 2

    Right-click on the item that you want to add, then select Add to Playlist. A pop-up window will appear. Select an existing playlist or add a new one. Your selection is now added to your playlist.

  3. Step 3

    Delete a track. When you do not want a track on your playlists anymore, you are able to delete it. To delete tracks and playlists, click to highlight an item. Right-click the item and select Delete from Library to delete it.

  4. Step 4

    To Edit track information, click on a track. Right-click and select Edit. Click on the text boxes to edit relevant information.

  5. Step 5

    Once all changes have been made, connect your GoGear to your computer with your USB cable and download the new playlists.

Tips & Warnings
  • If you want to add more then one item at a time, press and hold the Control button on your keyboard. If you want to select consecutive items, click the first item, press and hold the shift button on your keyboard, then click the last item.
  • Make sure that you want to delete an item; otherwise you have to reload it onto your library and playlist.
