• iTunes account

1. Create your podcast and create your RSS feed. This can be an audio, video or text document with various supported file formats.
2. Launch iTunes. Under Inside Music Store, choose the Podcasts link (in the left column).
3. Select the Submit a Podcast link. The podcast link can be found in the left column on your screen.
4. Follow the on screen prompted directions on this page. These prompted directions will guide you step by step through the remainder of the process.

• Choose the name of your podcast carefully. Make the title specific to the content.
• Test your RSS feed before uploading to iTunes.
