There is a lot more you can do with your Sony DVP-NS41P CD/DVD Player than just play CDs and DVDs. You can view pictures on your television screen, even change how they are viewed by rotating them, changing the settings for how they appear and even by creating a slide show of the pictures you have stored in an album on the disc. When you are viewing a slide show, you can set the pace of the slide show by altering the pace in the Interval menu. This way, you can slow down or speed up the slide show so that you can view it the way you want to. In order to change the pace of the slide show on your Sony DVP-NS41P CD/DVD Player, follow the simple steps below.

Difficulty: Moderate
Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • A Sony DVP-NS41P CD/DVD Player and the remote control
  • A picture disc
  • A television
  1. Step 1

Press "Display" twice while viewing a JPEG image or when the Sony DVP-NS41P CD/DVD Player is in Stop mode. The control menu will appear.

  2. Step 2

Press the up or down arrow key to select Interval then press "Enter." The options for interval will appear.

  3. Step 3

Use the up and down arrow keys to select a setting. The default setting is underline.

  4. Step 4

Select the setting and press "Enter."

Tips & Warnings
  • Some JPEG files take longer to display than others, due to their pixel size. This may make the duration you chose seem longer than the one you selected.
  • The Normal pace of a slide show is between 6 and 9 seconds. Fast sets a duration shorter than Normal, and Slow 1 and Slow 2 sets durations that are longer than Normal.
  • You can view a slide show of an entire album that is stored on the disc.
  • None of the changes you make to the JPEG file, such as rotation, will be saved or stored on your disc.
