Tips & Warnings
In order to view 480p pictures (progressive signal) with a compatible television, projector or monitor, you must hook your Sony DVP-NS50P CD/DVD Player using a component video cord.
Do not connect a VCR or other electronic item between your television and your DVD player. If you pass the player signals via a VCR you may not receive as clear an image on your television screen. If your television has only one audio/video input jack, connect your Sony DVP-NS50P CD/DVD Player to this jack.
