How to Sync Video Content to Your Zune

The software that Zune offers allows for an easier transfer between the Zune library and your Zune device. If you have already automatically synchronized your Zune or are new to the Zune device, you may need assistance when trying to sync video content to your Zune.

Things You'll Need:

• Computer
• Zune

1. Run the Zune installation application. During the process, you can choose pictures or videos to be automatically synchronized to your device. If you have not run this process, run it and choose "Video" so all video content will automatically sync itself with your Zune.

2. Configure your Zune to sync video content. If you do not choose the video option during the installation application, continue to follow the directions below.

3. Connect your Zune to your PC. This will allow the Zune software to start automatically. You may have to start the software manually if you turned off the automatic start in the "Default" settings.

4. Choose the "Options" menu. This menu is located at the top of your screen. Under this menu you will click "Sync" to select the name of your device. Once you have chosen your device, click on "Setup Sync."

5. Go to your available playlists. Once you are there, choose "Select Playlists." Click on the "All Video" playlist and select "Add." This will sync the video content to your computer.

Tips & Warnings

• In Step 4, if the option to set up the sync is not available, you need to stop the current sync before moving on to Step 5.
• Refer to your default settings for any automatic program starts or to view what content has been programmed to begin an immediate sync.
• Be sure to save your default settings if you change. If not saved, they will go back to previous settings, which may effect the syncing of any programs.
