How to Create a Quicklist on Your Zune

Instead of taking the time to add and arrange songs in a normal playlist, Zune provides you with the option of making a quicklist--songs added to a list when you are in a hurry. If you are new to Zune or have only used regular playlists before, you may need help when trying to create a quicklist on your Zune.

Things You’ll Need:

• Zune

1. Turn on your Zune. Once your Zune is on and powered up, go into your library and begin to play music.
2. Decide which songs to add. You can add songs from a playlist, album, artist or genre, or you can add just a single song from your library.
3. Add songs. To add songs from a playlist, album, artist or genre go to your home screen and select Music.
4. Select a category. Decide which category you wish to add to a quicklist.
5. Add all to quicklist. Once you have decided what to add to your quicklist, select Add All to quicklist.
6. Add a single song. To add a single song to a quicklist, go to your main screen and select Music. Choose your song and then select Add All to quicklist.

Tips & Warnings

• You can easily clear your quicklist and start over. Go to your home screen; choose Music, followed by Playlists, Quicklist, Clear Quicklist. Then select yes and you can begin a new quicklist.
• Your quicklist will clear itself after you have turned off your Zune player.
